I've been Costuming for a very long time (in fact I started back in 1983 when it was still called dressing up). I love the whole creative process and the reaction I get when people see me at events

I first got into costuming in 2009 when I saw that people could dress up as Stormtroopers. Initially I crewed at events, but eventually I got my own Shadow Trooper Costume.
Alas the club I was a member of folded and in 2013 I created the TDO. Along with a few friends we enjoyed wowing the general public. For me Costuming is a great way to be someone else for a couple of hours and even after all this time I still love doing it.

I started cosplaying in 2018 when I was doing a super hero fun run as Batman. When a kid asked if it was OK to have a pic with me and I saw the look on his face when I said yes it made me feel really happy and I was hooked . I always loved Halloween (especially the fancy dress ) and I thought if I could make any more people happy, I knew this was the hobby for me.

I Started Cosplay in 2017 and I really enjoy creating costumes from Games and Movies. I enjoy the whole process from Concept to completion with all the challenges that are involved, from designing the items using 3d software using 3d printers, using electronics and I've even taught myself how to use a sewing machine.
